Guide for Applicants
The Guide for Applicants provides the technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and legal framework required to submit a qualified proposal to the TWAIN Open Call.

Application Template
The Application Template is the mandatory technical document required for all TWAIN Open Call submissions; proposals must strictly follow this structure and be written in English to be eligible for evaluation. This standardized format ensures your project proposal methodology and system-wide control strategies are presented clearly for a rigorous, high-threshold technical review.

Declaration on Honour (DoH) Template
Thi is a legally binding statement confirming that your organization meets all Horizon Europe eligibility criteria and is not subject to any financial or ethical exclusion grounds. While the final version can be completed after the selection process, it must be signed by your legal representative prior to the project Kick-off Meeting to authorize your participation.

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document acts as a living technical repository that clarifies complex application rules and specific AI-related scope requirements for the Open Call. By providing consistent, real-time answers to common queries, it ensures all applicants have equal access to information and helps you avoid administrative errors during the submission phase.
