Role at SoftServe
Karolina has been with SoftServe for over seven years and currently reports directly to the Country Manager and the Polish leadership team, leading cross-functional and strategic initiatives. She has played a pivotal role in defining and strengthening project processes and delivery strategy, driving operational excellence across the entire project lifecycle. Her responsibilities span full end-to-end delivery – from managing daily team operations, estimations, and SDLC governance to budgeting, internal reporting, and both internal and external communications. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, she ensures transparency, aligns expectations, and proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks to secure predictable and successful delivery outcomes.
Role at TWAIN
Within the TWAIN project, Karolina leads Work Package 1, focused on designing and implementing a framework that integrates multiple data sources within defined data management constraints. The objective of WP1 was to establish an open-source, interoperable, and secure data environment that ensures data integrity, standardization, and compliance with existing regulations. Thanks to strong collaboration between SoftServe, DTU, CENER, and other consortium partners, the framework was successfully designed, implemented, and tested-delivered on time and within budget, and prepared for the integration of scientific models and toolboxes from other work packages. Building on this achievement, the team continues contributing to subsequent tasks, further advancing the TWAIN platform and reinforcing its long-term success and sustainability.
