TWAIN was part of the workshop “Digital Technologies for Sustainability” at the Digital Transformation Summit 2026 in Madeira, Portugal, on April 15th, 2026. The third edition of the event was a great opportunity to connect with universities and industry players from all around the world.
Our partner Petro Kersta from SoftServe was the representative of the project, showcasing its main objectives and case studies on wind farm control. The workshop was led by Josipa Arapović from F6S Innovation and had also speakers from the EU-funded projects ROB4GREEN, FORTIS, MultiFutures, AID4SME and Ultreia_Sudoe.
The session was focused on how digital transformation accelerates across sectors, from tourism to energy, robotics to policy, how theconvergence of advanced technologies and sustainability goals is essential to contribute to the objectives of the European Green Deal.
