TWAIN will be at the clustering event hosted by CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency, and organised by its Horizon Europe Energy department. The event will take place this week, February 19th, in Brussels, Belgium, together with other wind energy projects, such as our sister projects SUDOCO, iconicwind, and WILLOW Project EU.
The project will be represented by our coordinator, Tuhfe Göçmen, Senior Researcher at DTU Wind and Energy Systems, the event will be a platform to discuss the wind energy sector in Europe and its role in reaching a carbon-neutral future.
The Net Zero Industry Act, wind energy R&I priorities, and policy-making will be the main topics of debate this year. In order to promote cooperation and knowledge sharing among projects, the event will include presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
